For a limited time, between 28 October 2025 and 7 December 2025 ASB Bank Limited (ASB) is offering you the chance to win one of 20 Woolworths Gift Cards worth $1,000 each (Campaign).

You will receive an automatic entry to the prize draw if you have received guidance and advice from an ASB Insurance Manager during the Campaign Period resulting in a Statement of Advice being provided in relation to an Eligible Policy.

The terms and conditions (Terms) for the Campaign are set out below. Please take the time to read the Terms as they contain important information about the Campaign including eligibility criteria and key dates.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Campaign is run by ASB Bank Limited (ASB).
   
   
2. For the purposes of this Campaign, an 'Eligible Customer' is anyone from 18 to 70 years of age (inclusive) currently residing in New Zealand, who receives guidance and advice from an ASB Insurance Manager between 28 October 2025 to 7 December 2025 (inclusive) resulting in a Statement of Advice being provided in relation to an Eligible Policy.
   
   
3. For the purposes of this Campaign, 'Eligible Policy' means any of the following:
   

• ASB Lifestyle Security Plan - Personal
• ASB Lifestyle Security Plan - Business
• ASB Start-up Income Protection
• ASB Private Health
• ASB Private Health Plus

4. The Campaign starts on Tuesday 28 October 2025 at 00:01am and ends Sunday 7 December 2025 at 23:59pm (Campaign Period).

5. The prize is one $1,000 Woolworths shopping voucher (Prize). There are 20 Prizes to be won.

6. The Prize draw will take place on Monday 15 December 2025. The Prize winners will be drawn at random from one Prize pool comprising all valid entries.

7. Only one entry per person is permitted.

8. Prize winners will be contacted using the details held in ASB's administration system as at the date of the Prize draw. ASB does not accept any liability for non-receipt of Prizes.

9. The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable nor redeemable for cash. ASB reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Prize draw at any time.

10. The Prize draw results are final, and no correspondence will be entered into. ASB reserves the right to remove any participant from the Prize draw for any reason including, but not limited to, where the conditions for entry have not been met.

11. All personal information will be held in accordance with ASB's current Privacy Statement available at www.asb.co.nz/privacy.

12. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with New Zealand law and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

13. By accepting the Prize, the Prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that ASB may reasonably require in relation this Prize.

14. To the extent permitted by law, ASB, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with, this competition or its Prizes.
