How do I change the name on my ASB account?

If you have legally changed your name, you will need to visit one of our ASB Branches with either a Marriage certificate or Name Change certificate and also a Passport or Drivers Licence so we can validate and update your identification. Once we review these documents, we can change the name of your account.
