Summary of changes to Trust Deed

On the 1st of September 2016 a number of amendments were made to the Trust Deed and Establishment Deeds. The amendments were required for compliance with the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and the Financial Markets Conduct Regulations 2014, and other administrative matters.
