- The True Rewards Winter campaign runs from 08 July 2024 to 11 August 2024.
- To be eligible for the prize draw you must have;
a. an open ASB Visa Rewards, ASB Visa Platinum Rewards, or ASB Visa Business Rewards at the time of issuing any bonus True Rewards points.
b. your credit card account linked to True Rewards at the time of issuing any bonus True Rewards points.
c. made at least 1 True Rewards redemption on your ASB True Rewards card between 8 July 2024 and 11 August 2024.
- ASB Bank Limited employees are not eligible to win a prize in this promotion.
- There are ten individual 1000 bonus True Reward points prizes.
- One entry into the draw per person. For joint account holders there can only be one entry per account. For customers with both a personal and business True Rewards account, there can only be one entry per person.
- Prize draw closes on the 11 August 2024 and all eligible entries will go into the prize draw which will be drawn at random on 19 August 2024.
- Winners will be contacted by 21 August 2024.
- Bonus True Rewards points will be allocated to the account by 23 August 2024.
- ASB's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. ASB reserves the right to remove any person from the prize draw for any reason including, but not limited to, where the conditions for entry to the competition have not been met.
- The prize is not transferable.
- We collect, hold and use your personal information for the purpose of administering the competition. Our address is North Wharf, 12 Jellicoe Street, Auckland. The information will be destroyed at the end of the competition. You have the rights of access to, and correction of, personal information held by us.
- ASB reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time.
- To the extent permitted by law, ASB, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with, this competition or its prizes.
