Advice Centre and Contact Centre Update
Contact Centre Christmas and New Year hours
Our Contact Centre (Service/General Enquiries Line: 0800 803 804) will
be available to assist you over the phone between 8:30am and 5pm from Tuesday 23
Dec 2025 to Sunday 4 Jan 2026 inclusive. Normal operating hours (8am-8pm) will
resume from Monday 5 Jan 2026.
Advice Centre (Branch) Christmas and New Year hours
All our Advice Centres will be closed on Christmas Day (Thursday 25 Dec 2025), Boxing Day (Friday 26 Dec 2025), and New Year’s Day (Thursday 1 Jan 2026).
The following Advice Centres will be open 10am-4pm on Friday 2 Jan 2026, with the rest of our Advice Centres closed on the day:
Botany Downs, Sylvia Park, Broadway, Manukau City, Albany, Glenfield, NorthWest, WestCity Henderson, Lynnmall (New Lynn), St Lukes, Porirua – North City.

North Wharf Advice centre
Advice Centres operating temporary reduced hours from 27 Dec 2025 to 4 Jan 2026 inclusive:
Ormiston Advice Centre: 9am-5pm (Note – normal operating hours (9am-6pm) will resume from Monday 5 Jan 2026)
The rest of our Advice Centres not mentioned above will be open normal hours and have their usual closed days (including public holidays) between Thursday 25 Dec 2025 and Sunday 4 Jan 2026.
