Rhythm and Vines 2025 Premium Package Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to New Zealand residents 18 years or older as of 28th December 2025.
2. To enter the draw, participants must fill out the entry form between 9:00am 1st December and 11:59pm 14th December 2025 and have answered all required fields in the entry form.
3. There are 8 Prize Packages (for two people) consisting of:
   2-Person Premium Camp Premium Tent Package
   2 x Main Stage Wings Pass (Side of Stage) $60 tier artist or less
   2 x $50 Credit + $5 Activation Fee
   2 x $100 Merchandise Credit
   
4. All eligible entries will go into the prize draw to be held on 15th December 2025. Winners must respond within 48 hours of ASB sending the communication advising the participant has won, with written acceptance of the prize, or else the prize will be forfeited. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. ASB reserves the right to remove any person from the prize draw for any reason including, but not limited to, where the conditions for entry have not been met.
5. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 
6. One entry per person.

8. By accepting the prize the prize winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that ASB may reasonably require in relation to this competition.
9. Employees of ASB and its related companies, their spouse (either married or de facto) and their dependents (children and/or parents living with them) are not eligible to participate in this prize draw.
10. ASB reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the prize draw at any time.
11. We will retain information collected for this competition until 28 December 2025, after which will be destroyed.
12. We may pass your personal information to Rhythm and Vines and their associated companies only in order to fulfil the prize.
13. To the extent permitted by law, ASB, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with, this competition or its prizes. 

Rhythm and Vines 2025 Vintage Club VIP Upgrade Terms and Conditions

1. The competition is open to New Zealand residents 18 years or older as of 28th December 2025 and are current ASB customers with an open transaction account as of 14 December 2025. Participants must already have purchased Rhythm and Vines 2025 General Admission tickets or declare their intent on purchasing them. 
2. To enter the draw, participants must fill out the entry form between 9:00am 1st December and 11:59pm 14th December 2025 and have answered all required fields in the entry form.
3. There are 10 prizes consisting of: 3-Day Vintage Club VIP Passes for Rhythm and Vines 2025. This is a ticket upgrade only, customers must already have a Rhythm and Vines General Admission 2025 ticket to use the pass, ASB does not provide this for you.
