Why doesn’t the Minimum Payment Due change when I’ve made a payment to my ASB credit card?
Last Updated: 21 Jun 2016
The ‘Minimum Payment Due’ and ‘Closing balance’ amounts are there for your reference on your statements based on a closing date and will remain constant, even if you make a payment before the due date.
If you would like to confirm how much you have paid, you can view this in the transaction summary in FastNet Classic or the ASB Mobile app.
