What is Josie, the chatbot, and how can I use it?
Last Updated: 16 Jun 2020
Josie is a chatbot created by ASB to help answer customers’ everyday banking questions with automated responses at any time of the day.
Josie is available in the ASB Mobile Banking app.
To access Josie:
- Log into the ASB Mobile app and navigate to the menu
- Select Contact Us
- Select Ask Josie, our chatbot.
- Simply type your question in a short and simple phrase to Josie.
Josie is constantly learning; at this stage, Josie can’t help with your personal banking transactions or give you financial advice. If she can’t help, or you need financial advice, call the ASB team on 0800 803 804 or visit your ASB branch.
To help Josie improve, feel free to provide feedback at the end of your conversation.
