My rental property has ASB Home insurance, do I need to let ASB know if my tenant changes?
Last Updated: 20 Dec 2018
Provided we already know your property is a rental, you don’t need to tell us if your tenant changes. There is however an important set of conditions called Landlord’s Obligations you must meet when it comes to insuring your rental property. Refer to the Policy Document to read through the conditions.
Please remember – you must tell us if your property is or will be unoccupied for 60 days or more.
