I can't Log In to FastNet Classic – what am I doing wrong?
Last Updated: 10 Nov 2016
If this is the first time you’ve tried to Log In to FastNet Classic, the first thing to check is your Username and Password.
Check that the zeros, O's, ones or I's in the Username you selected and the Password we supplied to you are correct. It’s easy to miss-key these when entering them. If your password was changed after 23 May2015, it will be case sensitive.
If you’ve selected your own Password, check it’s correct. If it is correct and you still can’t Log In, call the FastNet Help Desk on 0800 FASTNET (0800 327 863). If you are overseas, call us on + 64 9 306 3185.
