How do I contact ASB?

- For general account, payment or internet banking questions that are not urgent, send us a secure message. We aim to reply to secure messages within 4 business hours.
- For product-specific help, phone numbers, branch details or overseas contact options, find ASB phone numbers, branch details and overseas contact options.

- Select Send a message.
- Choose the topic you want to contact us about.
- Select Something else if your topic is not listed.
- Select Message a human.

- Log in.
- Select Help and contact.
- Select the topic you want to contact us about.
- Select Message a team member.
After you send your secure message, check your messages for our reply.
