How do I contact ASB?
There are a few ways you can contact ASB.
If you are already an ASB customer and you use FastNet Classic:
Log in to FastNet Classic.
Select 'My Messages' in the top right of your screen. Then select 'New message'.
- Complete your query and hit 'Send'. We’ll get back to you within 48 hours.
