Can I borrow money for a car that has not been registered?
Last Updated: 22 Jun 2015
Yes you can, provided we approve your loan application. However, if your loan is secured the car will need to be registered before we are able to give you a bank cheque in the seller name, for the purchase price.
ASB’s lending criteria, terms and fees apply.
