What happens at the end of the tax year if my Prescribed Investor Rate is 0%?

Last Updated: 22 Feb 2016

Investors with a 0% Prescribed Investor Rate (PIR) will need to file a tax return with Inland Revenue directly in respect of your Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE) investment and settle any tax liability. Your annual tax statement we send you will have the information you need.
