How do I request access to FastNet Business Card Manager?
Your organisation can request the Card Manager module through your ASB Relationship Manager or the FastNet Business Helpdesk on 0800 22 55 27 (+64 9 623 8763). The Helpdesk hours are7:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday.
They will provide you with a Client Change Request Form to complete. The form is then submitted to your Relationship Manager or the FastNet Business Helpdesk.
The FastNet Business Helpdesk will process your request and provide access. At this point, your FastNet Business Administrator can create additional users within your organisation and assign permissions as desired.
