What do I need to do to access FastNet Classic and the ASB Mobile App for my business banking?
Nothing, you just need to log in with your usual FastNet Classic or ASB Mobile app details. Find out how to reset these online.

Will I retain access to my bank account information after FastNet Business has been switched off?
You'll continue to have access to all bank accounts, balances and transaction history via FastNet Classic and the ASB Mobile App. Contact us on 0800 22 55 27 if you need support.

Will automatic payments and direct debits continue?
Yes - any automatic payments or direct debits set up will continue, with no action required.

Will scheduled transfers between my accounts continue?
Unfortunately, these will need to be reestablished in FastNet Classic or the ASB Mobile app. Head to our how-to-guides for help getting started.

Will access to accounting software like Xero or MYOB be affected?
Approved feeds to accounting platforms such as Xero or MYOB will continue as usual, and you won't experience any interruption.

What happens to information that is specific to FastNet Business?
Details that are specific to FastNet Business like payee libraries, user profiles and any other transfers or bulk payments awaiting processing will not be available in FastNet Classic or the ASB Mobile app. You’ll need to rebuild your payee library using Confirmation of Payee, to make sure user names and account numbers match. Can I reactivate FastNet Business?
FastNet Classic and the ASB Mobile app will be our primary digital tools moving forward, we'll continue to develop and enhance these in the future, so there will be no need to reactivate FastNet Business. Contact us on 0800 22 55 27 if you need support.
