Duncan has over 15 years of rural banking experience, and has been based in the Western Bay of Plenty since 2005. Specialising in dairy and orchard lending, Duncan also has extensive experience with the kiwifruit post-harvest industry. Duncan is from a dairy farming family in Putaruru, and gained a Bachelor of Applied Science at Massey University. Duncan lives at Mount Maunganui with his wife and daughter, and enjoys time with his family, as well as playing golf and fishing.
