Having your say on banking in New Zealand
My2cents has been established in collaboration with the five major banks in New Zealand – ASB, ANZ, BNZ, Kiwibank and Westpac.
Here at ASB, we’re always looking for ways to help our customers stay one step ahead and what better way to do that than hearing directly from them.
My2cents is a research community whose members are periodically asked their opinions on a variety of topics to help us get closer to our customers and hear what they really think about us and financial services in general.
Customers selected to take part in my2cents will receive an invitation. This invitation takes them to an online profiling survey, prompting them to tell us a bit more about themselves which helps us gauge their eligibility. It is quick and easy to do and can be completed via PC, laptop, smartphone or tablet.
