ASB Good As Gold Santa Edition: The Elevator Group

This Christmas, we asked our ASB team to nominate customers who dedicate themselves to their community, have a passion for life against all odds or in times of hardship and deserve a little festive joy in their lives.
We can all agree that having a place to come together and have a purpose contributes to quality of life, something we often take for granted. This nomination comes from Vasant Patel in our Commercial Banking team, recognizing the dedication and selfless work that The Elevator Group does to empower the lives of people with disability by providing meaningful employment.
The Elevator Group's mission statement to “support people with diverse needs” is at the heart of everything they do. Their employees love coming to work. The smiles on their faces makes that easy to see. We wanted to bring even more fun to their factory so we turbocharged their staff room with brand new Foosball, Ping Pong and Air Hockey tables, as well as providing a tasty morning tea for the entire company.
We hope that these gifts can only widen their smiles.
