Get real-time alerts sent right to your mobile phone or inbox and have the peace of mind of knowing what is happening to your accounts while you're on the go. Please note alerts are not sent between 11.30pm and 8am.
With our alerts service, you can be alerted by TXT or email when:
- Your balance is below a limit you set
- Your balance is above a limit you set
- Your account is overdrawn (including if you exceed your arranged overdraft limit)
- An automatic payment or bill payment* will fail due to insufficient funds in your account.
What does it cost?
Each TXT alert sent will cost $0.20 and each email alert sent will cost $0.05. Fees are subject to change and in addition to any fees charged by your mobile services provider.
How to register
You can manage your alerts online, to register, amend or cancel alerts, simply:
- Login to FastNet Classic
- Select 'Alerts' under the 'Accounts' menu.
You can also register at any ASB branch or by calling 0800 MOB BANK (0800 662 226).
You can cancel or change your alerts at any time in FastNet Classic. Select 'Alerts' under the 'Accounts' menu. If you receive TXT alerts and would like to stop all alerts, just reply STOP to any TXT alert**. Otherwise call 0800 MOB BANK (0800 662 226) or visit any ASB branch.
