Pay just the minimum payment or as much as you like each month
- You can choose to pay off the minimum monthly payment, which is the greater of $10 or 3% of the closing balance of your statement.
- You can even pay more than is owed and have extra credit available. Some people like to do this before travelling overseas or going out of town on a holiday.
How to avoid paying interest
- Your ASB credit card gives you up to 55 days interest free on your purchases.
- If you pay the full amount of your statement closing balance on or before the payment due date every month, you won't pay any interest, unless you make a cash advance.
- You can arrange for payments to happen automatically with a direct debit from any New Zealand bank account.
Managing your card online is a breeze
With ASB credit cards, you can quickly check your balance or pay your account through phone banking, FastNet Classic or ASB ATMs.
