Sam Maddon

Rural Manager

Sam was raised in the Tasman region, where he developed a strong passion for the primary sector from an early age. He gained valuable experience working on local market gardens, orchards, and on a relative’s dairy farm.

In 2018, Sam graduated with a Bachelor of Agricultural Science (First Class Honours) from Lincoln University. He entered the rural banking sector as a graduate in 2019.

With six years of experience in the industry, Sam now joins the ASB Rural team, having worked with a diverse range of clients across both rural and commercial sectors. He is committed to advocating for his clients, offering timely advice and practical solutions to support their business needs.
