Will my ASB travel insurance cover some expensive personal items I’m taking overseas with me?
Last Updated: 28 Mar 2018
ASB travel insurance will only cover individual items up to a value of NZ$2,000. You can choose to get extra cover for up to five high value items. The maximum limits are NZ$5,000 per item or NZ$20,000 overall.
The availability of insurance cover is subject to your application being approved. Exclusions apply. For full details, refer to the Policy Document which is available from ASB Bank Limited. This insurance is underwritten by Cigna Life Insurance New Zealand Limited.
