Why can't I see my child's account when ordering Clever Kash?

If you can’t see your child’s account details when you try to order Clever Kash it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You’re not linked to their particular account.
  • The Clever Kash order form does not recognise the type of account you have for your child. 
  • Your child is not of an eligible age.
