When will I receive email and TXT alerts?
All alerts are sent out real-time, with one exception. No alerts will be sent to you between 11.30pm and 8am. Any alerts activated after 11.30pm will be sent to you at 8am the following day.
Why didn't I receive my TXT alert?
Please check in FastNet Classic under Alerts that we have your correct mobile phone number and email address. If these are correct, please call us on 0800 MOB BANK (0800 662 226). If the Alert service does fail temporarily, your alerts will be queued up for 24 hours. If after that time the service has not been fixed, alerts older than 24 hours won’t be sent.
I believe the information in my alert is incorrect. What should I do?
If you believe for any reason that the information in your alert is incorrect or indicates a transaction you didn’t authorise, please call us immediately on 0800 MOB BANK (0800 662 226) or visit any ASB branch
