What is FAA?

The Financial Adviser Act 2008 (FAA) is a piece of law that is designed to promote the sound and efficient delivery of financial adviser and broking services. Its purpose is also to encourage public confidence in the professionalism and integrity of financial advisers and brokers. Find out more about the Act at www.fma.govt.nz.
