How do I PIN my ASB Cards?

Last Updated: 16 Mar 2016

Expired Cards

If your card was sent to you because your previous card expired, you can use your existing PIN for a EFTPOS or ATM transaction to activate your card. If you would like a different PIN number for your card, you can do this by logging in to FastNet Classic, or through the ASB Mobile Banking app.

Here's how to do this:

  • Log In to FastNet Classic >My Settings>Card PIN
  • Log in to the ASB Mobile Banking app >Cards>the card you want to PIN> Update PIN
  • You can also PIN cards at any Branch, or by calling the Contact Centre on 0800 803 804

New or Replacement Cards

If you have a new card or your previous card was replaced because it was lost or stolen, you can set up a PIN on a new card or change an existing PIN in FastNet Classic or through the ASB Mobile Banking app.

Here's how to do this:

  • Log In to FastNet Classic >Select Card PIN from the My Settings menu
  • Log in to the ASB Mobile Banking app >Cards>the card you want to PIN> Update PIN
  • You can also PIN cards at any Branch, or by calling the Contact Centre on 0800 803 804
