Why can’t I pay using POLi or Account2Account?

We have made changes to the way customers log into ASB FastNet Classic, improving both customer experience and offering greater password flexibility.

If you are an ASB or BankDirect customer, we recommend that you do not use the POLi or Account2Account payment services due to the security risks involved.

We are not associated with, and have never endorsed, POLi or Account2Account.

These payments should work when POLi and Account2Account have updated their respective system to reflect the changes to ASB FastNet Classic.

What are my alternatives?

You will be able to use other payment methods offered by the merchant, for example your credit card, or Visa Debit.  - www.asb.co.nz/staysafeonline
