How do I find my ASB login username (Access Code)?

To view your ASB login username:
- Log in to the ASB Mobile Banking app.
- Tap on the person icon in the top right corner on the Accounts screen.
- Your username is displayed on the Profile Settings screen.
If you forgot your ASB login password and have successfully reset your password, your ASB login username is also displayed on the password reset successful screen.
If you received a welcome email when you joined ASB, your username is the email.
If you wish to change your ASB login username, please call us on 0800 FASTNET (0800 327 863) or if you are overseas, call us on + 64 9 306 3185. Alternatively, visit any ASB branch and we’ll be happy to help.
