Changes to ASB Rewards Programme Terms and AA Smartfuel - effective from 4 December 2023
AA Smartfuel have decided to end their programme on Wednesday 31 January 2024. ASB customers can continue earning AA Smartfuel discounts through their ASB Rewards credit card until Sunday 3 December 2023. On Monday 4 December 2023 all customers who are earning AA Smartfuel discounts will be automatically switched to earning True Rewards dollars instead. Customers will be able to redeem their AA Smartfuel discounts up until 11:59pm on 31 January 2024.
Switching to earn True Rewards dollars is easy to do via FastNet Classic internet banking or the ASB Mobile Banking app.

No action is required. Starting on Monday, December 4th, 2023, all customers earning AA Smartfuel discounts will automatically switch back to earning True Rewards Dollars.
You can at anytime switch to earn True Rewards dollars, through the ASB Mobile Banking app or via FastNet Classic internet banking.
No, AA Smartfuel discounts are not transferrable to True Rewards Dollars, any outstanding AA Smartfuel discounts will need to be redeemed by 11:59pm 31st January 2024.
