2018 Marathon Effort - Supporting our Communities

Meet Benji, he's pretty incredible. His ASB Auckland Marathon effort saw 437 minutes put back into the community. Now that's our type of superhero.

When the runners crossed the finish line in the ASB Auckland Marathon, it was just the beginning for us - turning their blood, sweat and tears into blood, sweat and volunteers for the community.

About the ASB Marathon Effort

We were delighted to sponsor New Zealand's most iconic road race for the fifth year. The ASB Auckland Marathon saw thousands of runners take part in five events: full marathon, half marathon, 12km, 5km and kids marathon.

For the 2018 event, we launched ASB's Marathon Effort. Thousands of ASB Auckland Marathon runners submitted their time to our Marathon Effort. We'll now match every minute they ran with our volunteer work helping New Zealanders progress.
