Track My Spending is a free, easy to use internet banking service that introduces a new way of keeping track of your money across your ASB transaction, savings and credit card accounts.

By assigning categories to each of your transactions (e.g. you can categorise your supermarket as Food and Groceries), Track My Spending remembers this for next time and displays your spending in a handy pie chart.

After categorising your spending you can go one step further with My Allowances to set yourself a target for any (or all) of your categories.  That way you can really see whether you’re on track with how you want to spend your money.

To use Track My Spending you’ll need:

• Access to FastNet Classic (using your access code and password)
• An eligible ASB account (e.g. a transaction, savings or credit card)

How do I get started?

  1. Login to FastNet Classic and find Track My Spending under the
      My Money section

  2. Select the accounts you want to track

  3. Assign categories to your transactions 

  4. Once you're done see the Dashboard for a handy graph of how your
      spending adds up

You can go one step further with My Allowances to set yourself a spending target for any of your categories. Once set up, you can check your progress to see if you're on track.
