Our branch at The Palms re-opens today from 9:00am to 4:30pm.
All our branches will be closed on New Year's day.

29 December 2011, 1:15pm. Christchurch branches will not be open late tonight, Thursday 29th December. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

28 December 2011, 9:15am. All our Christchurch branches are open under their normal operating hours with the exception of the Palms which remains closed until further notice. All ATMs are operational.
27 December 2011, 2.00pm. All our Christchurch branches are open under their normal holiday operating hours with the exception of the Palms which remains closed until further notice. All ATMs are now operational.
24 December 2011, 10:00am. All our Christchurch branches will return to normal operating hours this morning from 10am with the exception of our branch at the Palms which remains closed until further notice due to the closure of the mall. All ATMs are operational with the exception of the Palms.
24 December 2011, 7:00am. We are assessing branches and ATM sites throughout Christchurch and will update this page after 10am this morning.
23 December 2011. Following today’s earthquakes in Christchurch, all branches in the area are currently closed. We will update our website with more information on 24 December 2011.

| Following the Government announcement on the 23rd of June, ASB is offering further support to ASB customers living in the announced red zones. This is the latest addition to ASB's support packages that includes the $250 million of investment to help Christchurch people, businesses and communities severely impacted by the earthquake.
