He enjoys being a part of farming, spending time with family and most sports. | |

Richard was born and bred in Melbourne. After leaving School in 1989 he completed a Farm Business Management Degree and worked for 3 years on various Sheep, Beef and Cropping farms in Australia. In 1995 Richard moved to New Zealand to join ASB. He has held a number of positions within Rural Banking, including Business Development, Project Management and Strategy Roles at a National Level. Richard has been in the Area Manager Role since April 2008, where he enjoys sharing the strategic skills and knowledge he has developed with staff and clients to help them achieve their business and personal goals. He is married to Jo and has a two Daughters, Briar and Summer. | |

| Tim grew up on his family sheep and beef property in Southland and went on to complete a Bachelor of Commerce degree at Lincoln University. Before working in the fertiliser industry in Otago, Tim went travelling and shearing abroad and during this time Tim completed several extramural Post Graduate papers at Massey University in Finance. Tim has been involved in rural banking in Southland before moving back to Otago and joining the ASB rural team. Tim enjoys working alongside farmers and helping them achieve their goals. | |

| A born and bred Southlander, Cath aspired to work in the agriculture sector from a young age. Completing her secondary schooling at Southland Girls’ High School, Cath then went on to attend Lincoln University, where she completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Agricultural) majoring in Agribusiness. More recently, Cath has been working as a Rural Bank Manager covering Eastern Southland and West Otago. Cath's interests include netball and squash as well as being involved in Young Farmers. | |

Two years later Emma transferred to Southland where she looks forward to helping farmers, work towards achieving their goals. Outside of work Emma enjoys being involved in the outdoors and playing social sport. | |

| Richard has been involved in the banking industry since February 1981, and joined ASB in 2003 bringing with him extensive banking experience and knowledge. He has worked throughout the South Island and is now based back in his home roots of Southland. | Michael was brought up on deer farming property in Southland. He completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Agriculture at Lincoln University before joining the ASB Rural Team in 2007. After four years in the South Canterbury/North Otago region, Michael has transferred to Southland where he is involved in managing a portfolio of existing clients along with attracting new business to the bank in the Eastern and Southern Southland region. He enjoys working alongside farmers to grow their business and achieve their desired goals. Outside of banking Michael is actively involved on the sporting fields and the family farm. | |
