- Visit any ASB branch.

And there's no need to wait until you have found the home you want to buy. You can get a home loan pre-approval certificate ahead of time and be confident about how much you'll be able to borrow.

They're available 7 days a week to:
- Answer your questions and guide you through the process of arranging a home loan.
- Arrange for you to receive a home loan pre-approval certificate.
- Provide information on other ASB accounts and services and arrange these for you.

- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Saturday and Sunday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Public holidays, excluding Christmas Day and New Year's Day 9:00am - 5:00pm
