• Minimum deposit NZ$5,000 ($10,000 for monthly return payments).
• The combined balance of all ASB Term Fund accounts recorded under the same unique account number determines the rate of return.
• For terms of less than six months and specials, returns are paid at maturity. For longer terms (other than specials) you can choose to have returns paid monthly, or at maturity, or compounded quarterly, six monthly or annually. Monthly returns cannot be compounded.
• Rates of return are before tax.
• ASB Term Fund accounts are for a fixed terms and funds cannot be withdrawn until the maturity date.
• Maximum total ASB Term Fund account deposits of $10,000,000 per customer.
• Rates not available to financial institutions.
