Specific Terms & Conditions for September 2010 – Draw 23

There is one prize of a new Mini Cooper "Pepper White" motor vehicle (the “Vehicle”). The Vehicle includes a WOF, registration, a 2 year warranty and membership of MINI Assist. All fuel and other running costs not listed are the responsibility of the winner.
There are 40 runner-up prizes of a Panasonic Blu-ray Player (DMP-BD65). Includes delivery to New Zealand addresses.
The draw will be held on 10 September 2010.
To the extent permitted by law, ASB, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arises out, or any way connected with promotion of its prizes.

Electronic transactions include EFTPOS, ATM, automatic payments, bill payments, FastCheque, direct debits, direct credits, FastNet Classic or FastPhone transfers, TXT banking transfers, mobile top-ups and ASB FastDeposit boxes.

Manual transactions include cheques and staff-assisted branch (including business banking centre) and contact centre transactions.

Prize draw terms & conditions

Prize Draw Eligibility

At the end of each calendar month ASB calculates the average monthly balance of each PrizeSaver customers account for that calendar month. All customers with a positive average monthly balance will be entered into that months prize draw. Each eligible customer receives one entry per whole $1 of their average monthly balance.
Customers may choose not to participate in prize draws by notifying their local ASB Branch in writing. The exclusion will apply for all draws until the Customer notifies us in writing that they wish to participate in prize draws again.
Employees of ASB and its Related Companies (as defined in the Companies Act 1993) and their spouse (either married or de facto) and their dependents (children and/or parents living with them) are not eligible to participate in the prize draws.

Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Prize draws provided by ASB Bank Limited ('ASB') located at ASB Bank Centre, 135 Albert Street, Auckland. Entrants have rights of access to, and correction of, personal information held by ASB.
Prize draws will be held monthly, however, ASB may, in its sole discretion, and at any time alter the prize draw frequency by notifying customers in accordance with ASBs Personal Banking Terms and Conditions.
Winners will be contacted within 10 working days of the draw by mail or telephone at the address or phone number held by ASB. Failure to provide up to date contact details may result in the prize being redrawn.
Prizes for each draw vary. Details of prizes and any specific conditions for each draw will be available at ASB branches and at www.asb.co.nz/PrizeSaver 14 days before the start of each calendar month. Winning a prize will preclude the winner from winning another prize in the same draw.
Major prize winners names will be available at ASB Branches 30 calendar days after each draw.
Prizes are not transferable. Non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. Cash prizes will be credited to a winners PrizeSaver account within 10 working days of the prize draw. Collection of non-cash prizes will be the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise specified. Any travel and related expenses incurred are also the responsibility of the winner.
By accepting the prize the winner agrees to participate in any publicity arrangements that ASB may reasonably require in relation to the prize draws.
ASBs decisions in relation to the prize draws are final and no correspondence will be entered into. ASB reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate a prize draw at any time.
ASB may change the prize draw conditions at any time. ASB will notify the customer of any changes to the prize draw conditions in accordance with ASBs Personal Banking Terms and Conditions.
