The TXT and email alerts service in FastNet Business enables you to get real-time* alerts sent to your mobile or inbox.
Alerts are a convenient way of managing your accounts more efficiently.
Our alerts service lets you choose to be notified by TXT or email message when:
- an account balance goes above or below an amount you set
- a deposit above, below or of an exact amount is made
- a withdrawal above, below or an exact payment amount is made
- a FastNet Business payment, transfer, and / or automatic payment fails to successfully process.
In addition, if you are registered for Financial Markets, you can choose to receive alerts when a currency matches a specific rate or an FX order is struck.
We’ve introduced this new service in response to customer feedback.
Each TXT alert sent will cost $0.20 and each email sent is free.
* Alerts will only be sent during Alert Operating Hours. Alert fees may apply.
Alert Operating Hours
Alerts are sent in real-time during the following operating hours:| Contact Device | Operating Hours (NZST) |

Note: Foreign Exchange TXT and email alerts are only sent during trading hours (8.00 am to 5.00 pm, business days).
If alerts are triggered outside operating hours they are sent when operating hours commence the following morning.
Alerts are sent subject to the recipient (user) having the correct permissions and an active contact device. Audit Log provides further detail about sent alerts.
Alerts may sometimes be delayed, or not delivered, due to issues with your mobile or email provider.
