System requirements
FastNet Business will operate best with:

  • A modern browser such as Internet Explorer 8 or later, Firefox 3.5 or later, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, and the recommended system requirements for those browsers
  • Apple OS X or Microsoft Windows operating system
  • A monitor with at least 1024 x 768 resolution will let you see screens at full width, without having to scroll sideways. 


Mobile platform compatibility

  • You can now access FastNet Business from the web browser on your iPod Touch, iPhone, iPad or Android
  • This is not a FastNet Business mobile app – it’s simply accessing the normal web site through your device’s browser
  • Please note while our Help Desk can provide support for FastNet Business, we can’t provide support specific to your mobile device
  • If you do find any issues with your mobile experience, please email us your feedback.


To help combat internet fraud
We recommend that you use up-to-date security precautions including the installation and maintenance of:

  • Anti-virus measures.
  • Spyware detection software.
  • A firewall to protect your online systems.
