What is Business Cash Plan?
Business Cash Plan is an online cash flow management tool, available in FastNet Classic and FastNet Business that allows you to view your current and future cash flow online. It can help put you in control of your business finances by allowing you to track and manage your cash flow using transactions directly from your ASB account.

What do I need to have before I start using Business Cash Plan?
To get the best experience we recommend using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Chrome or Opera. You may not get the best experience or functionality if you use an older browser version.

What does Business Cash Plan do?
Some key features of Business Cash Plan include:

• An overview of your current cash position.
• An ability to help forecast future cash flow.
• An ability to assist you to complete GST returns through income and expenses tracking.
• Reporting to help give you an overall view of your cash flow position.

How much does it cost?
FastNet Classic Customers: You will receive Business Cash Plan free for 90 days from the date that you sign up for it. After 90 days, we’ll send you a message asking if you want to continue using the tool. It will cost $5 a month to continue using Business Cash Plan and you can set up as many Profiles as you need.

FastNet Business Customers: There is no additional charge for Business Cash Plan as it is included in your monthly fee of $30 for FastNet Business.

What is the free trial period?
FastNet Classic: You will receive Business Cash Plan free for 90 days from the date that you sign up for it.
Fastnet Business: No trial period is necessary for Fastnet Business Customers as there is no additional charge for Business Cash Plan.

How will I know when my free trial ends?
FastNet Classic: At the end of your 90 day trial, you’ll receive a pop-up message the next time you log into Business Cash Plan. If you would like to continue using the tool just click ‘Yes, I would like to keep using Business Cash Plan’, and choose which ASB account you would like your $5 monthly fee to be paid from.

Can I have more than 1 free trial?
Sorry, only one free trial is allowed, per FastNet Classic customer.

How will I be charged for Business Cash Plan?
FastNet Classic Customers: At the end of your trial you will be asked if you want to continue using Business Cash Plan. If you choose ‘Yes’ you’ll be able to choose the account you would like the $5 fee deducted from.

The fee will appear as “Business Cash Plan Fee” on the statement of the ASB account you nominated as the fee deduction account.

FastNet Business Customers: There will be no additional charge to you for Business Cash Plan.

How do I cancel my registration for Business Cash Plan?
FastNet Classic Customers: You need to call us on 0800 FASTNET (0800 327 863) to cancel your registration to Business Cash Plan. If you choose to cancel your registration, the information you’ve added so far will be kept for 2 years, so you can come back later.

FastNet Business Customers: FastNet Business Administrators can remove a User's access to Business Cash Plan.

How do I get started / sign up?
FastNet Classic Customers: Select Business Cash Plan under the ‘My Money’ option in FastNet Classic. You will then go through a simple step-by-step process using the set up wizard. Once you’ve been through the set up wizard you can start using Business Cash Plan straight away.

FastNet Business Customers: Business Cash Plan is accessible from the top menu within FastNet Business. FastNet Business Administrators must give their Users the Business Cash Plan permission before they can access it. If FastNet Business Users want access to Business Cash Plan, they must discuss it with their Administrator.

What is the set up wizard?
You can use the Business Cash Plan set up wizard to set up your Business Cash Plan. You’ll be taken through a simple 2 step process to set up your Business Cash Plan.

What does the set up wizard cover?
There are 2 simple steps to set up Business Cash Plan:

1. Create a Profile: You’ll need to set up a Business Cash Plan Profile. You’ll be required to enter the following information:

• the name that you wish to be displayed for each Profile
• the accounts that you’d like displayed in your Profile

2. Business Cash Plan Terms and Conditions: You will need to read and accept Business Cash Plan’s Terms and Conditions before you are able to use Business Cash Plan (FastNet Classic customers only).

Why does my screen look jumbled?
You will need to have the latest version of your Internet Browser in order to use Business Cash Plan. Things may look strange and out of place if you are using an older browser type. To find out if you have the latest internet browser you will need to identify which one you currently use e.g.: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Operaetc and whether this is the latest version. You can find out this information by searching through Google.
